We are not accepting donations yet. Online giving will open only after our CAC registration, banking and payment arrangements are complete.
Protect yourself from fraud
Until we announce on this website that donations are open, LIGF is not collecting money from anyone. Please do not send money to individuals or accounts claiming to collect for us, and let us know if someone asks.
Our promise to future donors
- Payments will be handled by an approved payment provider. We will never see or store your card details.
- A gift is only recorded, and a receipt only issued, after the payment provider confirms it.
- You will be able to give to a specific programme or campaign, and we will honour that restriction.
- We will publish annual reports and programme expenditure summaries.
- We will not describe gifts as tax-deductible unless that has been independently confirmed.
When will donations open?
After our CAC registration, a bank account in the foundation’s name and payment-provider approval are all in place. We will announce it here and to newsletter subscribers.
How can I help now?
Volunteer your time and skills, tell others about LIGF, or ask your organisation to partner with us.
Will I be able to give monthly?
Yes. Monthly giving through the payment provider is planned, with easy cancellation.
